Aici este chiuveta. Acolo vedeţi aragazul. Aragazul este alb. Mama face cafeaua. Tata citeşte ziarul. Ana citeşte o carte. Eu şi Mihai privim pe fereastră. Pisica doarme lângă aragaz. Mama pune cafeaua pe masă. Tata trebuie să plece la piaţă. Ana trebuie să plece la şcoală.
The translation into English:
Good morning. It is eight o’ clock. Me, mother, father, grandmother, Ana and Mihai, we are in the kitchen. Our kitchen is big. The table is lime green. The tablecloth is cream. In the kitchen there are six chairs lime green. Here is the sink. There you see the gas cooker. The gas cooker is white. Mother is making the coffee. Father is reading the newspaper. Ana is reading a book. Me and Mihai, we are looking through the window. The cat is sleeping near the gas cooker. Mother is putting the coffee on the table. Father must go to the market. Ana must go to school.
Grammar
I) The verb “a privi” is conjugated as same as the verb “a citi”.
II) The first conjugation verbs have the forms ending in “e” at the subjunctive for the third person singular and plural. For example: “să plece”, să lucreze”, “să cânte”.
