The translation into English:
Good afternoon. I am Anastasia. Here you see my room. Here is my bureau. On the bureau there are my pencils, my books and my notebooks. There you see my cupboard. That cupboard is cream. My cat is sleeping on the bed. Now I have to go to the market. Goodbye.
Grammar:
I) The verb “a trebui” is an impersonal verb. Conjugated, it has only one form. In the present indicative tense this form is: trebuie. After the verb trebuie we use the subjunctive.
II) The subjunctive is formed with the conjunction “să” + the verb conjugated in the present indicative tense. For the third person singular and plural the forms of the subjunctive are a little different. But I will talk about this later.
